Phuong Le is a dedicated professional who is working towards improving financial access for smallholder farmers in Son La province. Currently collaborating with LienVietPost Bank, she’s using a value chain-based approach to create a win-win situation for the bank, farmers, and coffee offtaker firm.
In her free time, Phuong enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures. She also has a keen interest in learning ethnic minority languages in Vietnam, which reflects her passion for connecting with people and understanding their perspectives.
