After earning her Master’s in International Cooperation on Human Rights and Intercultural Heritage, Ngoc dedicated five years to empowering disadvantaged communities through social work. As a volunteer, project assistant at Plan and Oxfam, she tackled projects ranging from resources and operation coordinator in many activities. This passion for human rights continues to drive her at VietED, where she works directly with cooperatives and ethnic minority women to increase their economic opportunities. Outside of work, Ngoc finds joy in preparing traditional Vietnamese dishes and spending time with her family, often volunteering to give back to their community.
