ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
D&T Plus Viet Nam is organized in a scientific manner in line with highest management standards, helping to save time in conveyance of management information and making clients satisfactory. On the top of the organizational structure is Board of Directors, which is continues with Management board, Board of Supervisors and professional sections. More specifically.

Board of Directors (05 members: 01 President and 01 Vice President): Give orientation on overall strategy, ensure compliance with legal regulations; Establish and maintain relationship with partners; Give direction on organizational development.

Management Board (06 members): On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management Board is responsible for operation and performance of D&T, getting engaged in developing overall strategy and organization, building and maintaining relationship with partners, raising funds, managing and running activities of the company.

Board of Supervisors (02 members): The Board takes responsibility for assisting the Board of Directors in planning and managing the examination of compliance with financial/ accounting principles as well as regulations/ procedures set by the company.

Product development and consulting section (03 members):

  • Develop brand name of agro-products and link them to market
  • Give advice on technology transferring, business and investment skills

Trading and service section (tentative):

  • Develop and manage hi-tech laundry system
  • Develop and manage a system of restaurants and convenience stores

Accounting section (02 members):

  • Develop and manage an accounting system
  • Develop and maintain a financial management and analysis system

Administration & HR section (02 members):

  • Develop and manage an information management system
  • Develop and manage a human resource management system and capacity building for staff members

PARTNERSHIP
D&T Plus Viet Nam always highlights the importance of maintaining and developing a system of clients. By now, D&T Plus has had many national and international loyal partners (governmental agencies at different levels, research institutions, donors, NGOs, training centers, consultant groups and experts in different fields such as economics, finance, sociology, community development, environment, science and technology, etc.).

Ministries & central agencies: D&T Plus provides consultation for researches, give advice to governmental agencies. The ministries that we have cooperated with include Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
Research institutions, universities and academies: We frequently cooperate with research institutions/centers nationwide, especially those at the central level, universities, academies and training centers (Hanoi University of Agriculture, National Economics University, Academy of Banking, Academy of Women, etc.)

People’s Committees and Departments in provinces: With our consultancy services, especially those in intellectual property, development study, research/survey and community development, we have cooperated with People’s Committees and Departments in provinces (Department of Science & Technology, Department of Planning & Investment, Department of Agriculture & Rural Development, etc.)

Our partners also include donors, NGOs: We have been working with national/international organizations such as World Bank, ADB, Oxfam, World Vision, AFD/France, DANIDA/Denmark, SNV, ADA-Luxembourg, CGAP, The Mix Network, Global Poverty Network, GIZ, Planet-Finance, Luxembourg Embassy, Belgium, France, Australia and Italy. We are also expanding cooperation relationship with other donors in the world. National organizations include Vietinbank; Viet Nam Central Women’s Union; Viet Nam Microfinance Working Group; microfinance institutions (TYM, Thanh Hoa MFI, Viet Nam – Belgium Project (CSF Fund), Ha Tinh Fund, Quang Binh Fund, Golden hands (Global SC), Soc Son Fund, An Phu, M&D.
